Cooking Minari (water dropwart) and mungbean sprouts salad.

Minary (water dropwart)
Ingredients:
Minari (water dropwarts) 80g, mung bean 200g, sliced dried chili 2g.
seasoning:
sesame oil 1 tbsp
chosun Ganjang (traditional korean soy sauce) 1 tsp
salt 1/4 tsp
black sesame 1/2tsp
chopped garlic 1tsp
Method
1. cut minari into 3~4 cm lenght. Blanch and shock it with icy cold water.
2. blanch mungbean sprouts.
3. combine all seasoning ingredients and mix them all together.
4. season blanched Minari and mugbean sprouts together with #3.
5. add sliced dried chilli and mix them well.
